Here at Lee Square, you will find a helpful staff to aid you in everything from unit maintenance to helping you find your missing keys. Our goal is to combine the freedom and privacy of a single family home with the ease of access of apartment style living. When you purchase a unit here, you won't have to worry about shoveling snow or mowing your lawn. You won't have to panic when your appliance fails. Lee Square will fix any standard appliance for you at no additional cost.
Lee Square sits on 6 acres of tediously maintained landscaping. Each year garden clubs stop by to view the grounds. The landscaping is serviced by lawn care companies as well as the members who volunteer their time and energy to make sure Lee square continues looking great. You can walk around the grounds on the 1/3 mile paved walking path. In the middle of the two building wings sits a large common area. The common area includes a coffee station, ice, filtered water, a solarium, a private party room that can be reserved at no cost, and other seating areas where members can congregate and enjoy one another's company.
We have many opportunities for members to stay active in the community here. There are multiple committees which members can join to positively impact the cooperative. For those wanting to stay fit, there is a fitness center and a member run exercise class. If you like to tinker, there is a fully outfitted workshop where you can work on your own projects.
Lee Square has an underground heated parking lot which is $50 per month. There is currently a wait list for the underground parking. On the West wing, there is a community garden that is available for $10 per season. The units and the common areas also have Wifi at no additional cost. If you have guests, we have two guest suites that are available to members for $40 per night.
