You purchase a unit from a current member of the cooperative. Lee Square is a market rate co-op so the buyer and seller agree on a price based on the current market value of a unit.

Members pay a monthly maintenance fee based on the size of their unit. You will be happy to hear that Lee Square is member controlled so prices are kept low. Click here for more info on payments

Lee Square is a 6 acre campus nestled just about eight blocks from downtown Robbinsdale. We are conveniently located three blocks from a new Hy-Vee grocery store.

We have everything from 1-bedrooms that are 546 sq. ft. to a 3-bedroom 2-bath suite. The building has 121 member units.
